Students who fail to pass the English Proficiency Standard exams may choose from one of the following options to fulfill the requirement:

1. Attending NSYSU's English Proficiency Test.

2. Passing the course in Extended English offered by the university.

3. Receiving an equivalent grade of TOEIC 550 and/or above in an university-accepted English Proficiency examination and fulfilling the regulations for the English Learning Process Certification Program.
